Brian Bischoff: M.S., CSCS, Pn1, TSAC-F, ACE PT
Coach Brian has been a personal trainer and strength coach for almost 10 years. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from the ages of 10 to 75, and from novices to advanced athletes. In recent years, he has worked primarily with busy parents who have struggled to maintain their fitness with the added responsibility of parenting on top of careers and the demands of everyday life. As a parent of two young children, he understands the challenges that parents often face when trying to find a balance between taking care of themselves while also taking care of their children. Coach Brian helps parents get stronger, healthier, and leaner with time efficient, customized, training programs that can fit any schedule.
Other Specialties
Training Tactical Populations: Coach Brian is a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach certified to train members of the military, police, firefighters, and emergency personnel. He has trained military members extensively throughout his career both for PT tests and military readiness.
Powerlifting: Coach Brian has an extensive background in powerlifting and has trained several clients to prepare for powerlifting meets. This includes programming, nutrition, form feedback, meet preparation, and determining weights to attempt.
The Program
Customized Workout Plans:
Workouts are customized based on the clients’ goals, current abilities, time constraints and equipment available. Every Sunday evening, workouts are sent out through the Trainerize app and adjusted weekly based on the progress recorded in the app. Exercises come with video demonstrations.
Nutrition Coaching:
Nutrition coaching is a key part of the program and Coach Brian will determine how much and what you should be eating with a comprehensive macronutrient breakdown. Clients also have the option to connect their MyFitnessPal to the app for more detailed feedback.
Form Feedback:
Clients can video their lifts and send them to Coach Brian for feedback to ensure they are using proper form.
Daily accountability:
Daily check-ins from Coach Brian ensure that clients are held accountable and stay on track throughout the process.
Cost:
The program starts at $200 a month but if you are new to the site, you can currently try your first month for 50% off ($100).
